Do You Want Healthy Breakfast, Are You Short On Time In The Morning? This Is For You!!




Are you the person that wants a healthy breakfast? But, are you also the person waking up late and sprinting out the door in the morning?? This one is for you.....

There is nothing better than waking up knowing that breakfast is all ready to go! Especially when its super tasty and delicious. Giving your body the right nutrients in the morning will fuel your whole day and affects your mood, energy, productivity and metabolism.


The easy way to make sure that happens...


Overnight oats, 🤤 literally just saying that makes my mouth water lol. It’s a super easy way to give yourself an easy and fast win in the morning! There are about 982894042739 ways to do them, and if you just Google or Pinterest search “overnight oats” you will see. But this is the one I did this morning and it was bomb.com! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

The night before you want to eat it, basically combine a few ingredients together and let your oats soak. Crack open the jar/container the next morning on your way out the door, grab a spoon and your golden! This is what did exactly: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀


Mix together: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

1/2 c. Dry oats, 1/2 c. Almond milk, 1 Tbsp stevia, 1/4 c. Oikos Vanilla Greek yogurt ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Next morning :

1/4 c of mixed berries, 1 tsp. Lemon juice, 1/4 c. Oikos Vanilla Greek yogurt ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Put the lemon juice over the top of the berries in a separate container and leave it for about 5 min. This will extract the juices from the berries a little with the acidity from the lemon. Making it juicy and delicious. Top the oats with the 1/4 c yogurt, and then pour the berries over the top. 👊 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Along with being high in vitamins and antioxidants, berries and fruit (specifically fructose, not to be confused with high fructose corn syrup) in small amounts are amazing for your liver and overall metabolism! So give this a whirl and positively impact your health and morning!
